Mpoid Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide for Members in Malaysia

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mpoid" — refers to the digital entertainment platform accessible via https://mpoid.bid, including all services, games, and features available on it.
• "Member" or "Player" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the mpoid platform.
• "Account" — refers to the user account registered by a Member on the mpoid platform, which contains personal information, account balance, and activity history.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds in a Member's mpoid account at any given time, including deposits and winnings.
• "Bonus" — refers to any credits, free funds, or other benefits granted by mpoid to Members in the form of promotions or rewards programmes.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total wagering amount a Member must complete before a Bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• "MYR" or "RM" — refers to the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency of Malaysia and the sole currency used for all transactions on the mpoid platform.
• "Fraud" — refers to any action that attempts to manipulate the system, deceive other players, or gain unlawful advantage through means that violate mpoid's rules.

To register and use the mpoid platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. mpoid takes this restriction very seriously. Any individual who registers an mpoid account using false information about their age may face immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account. mpoid reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

The mpoid platform operates exclusively for players located in Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a location where the use of such services is permitted under applicable local laws. mpoid is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of the platform by individuals in restricted jurisdictions.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at mpoid. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and considered a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. If an individual is found to own more than one account, mpoid reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances and winnings without prior notice.

When registering an mpoid account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as shown on your identification card, an active Malaysian phone number, and a secure password. By submitting this information, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and agree to update them if anything changes.

Mpoid reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when an account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card (MyKad), a recent bank or e-wallet statement, and any other documents needed to verify your identity and source of funds. Failure to provide the requested documents within 7 business days may result in a temporary account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your mpoid account password confidential. mpoid will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. • Use a password of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not use the same password as your other accounts.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.

Mpoid supports a wide range of popular and trusted deposit methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed securely and credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each method.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. mpoid does not accept third-party deposits.
• mpoid does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond mpoid's control.
• Failed deposits resulting from incorrect information provided by the Member are the Member's sole responsibility. Please contact mpoid support if your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe.
• mpoid reserves the right to reject or reverse deposits suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Mpoid is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and without delay. We believe your winnings are yours by right, and we strive to transfer the funds to your account as quickly as possible.

For members who have completed identity verification (KYC), withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. In certain cases requiring additional security review, processing may take up to 24 business hours. mpoid will notify Members via email or in-account notification if there is an unusual delay.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless otherwise specifically approved by the mpoid finance team.
• All bonuses received must meet the stipulated rollover requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Accounts showing signs of fraud or abuse may have withdrawals suspended while an investigation is conducted.

For live casino games on mpoid, Members are required to observe proper gaming etiquette when interacting with dealers or other players via the chat function. The use of offensive language, threats, or any form of harassment directed at dealers or other players is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the table or temporary account suspension.

The Sports Betting section at mpoid covers over 30 sporting disciplines, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and more), cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup), badminton, and many others. All Sports Betting is subject to both general rules and sport-specific regulations.

A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the mpoid system and a bet reference number has been issued. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds used to calculate winnings — any odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect existing bets.

• If a match is cancelled entirely before it is played, all bets related to that match will be voided and stakes fully refunded.

It is the Member's responsibility to ensure the odds displayed on screen are the odds they intend to accept before confirming a bet. mpoid is not liable for bets confirmed at odds that have changed due to delays caused by the Member's internet connection.

Mpoid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close the account of any Member found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in activity deemed harmful to the platform or other Members.

• Registering more than one account under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system, including placing opposing bets (arbitrage) to fulfil rollover requirements.
• Placing bets or playing using insider information or unauthorised means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the mpoid platform.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any technology to automate actions on the mpoid platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location when accessing mpoid.
• Making threats or harassing the mpoid team or other members through any communication channel.

Depending on the severity of the violation, mpoid may take the following actions: a written warning, temporary restriction of certain functions, temporary account suspension pending investigation, or permanent account closure. In cases of account closure due to proven fraud, mpoid reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings in the account without any compensation.

Mpoid places great importance on the well-being of its members. We believe digital entertainment should remain just that — entertainment, not stress or a source of problems. That is why mpoid provides comprehensive self-control tools to all members at no additional cost.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period before it comes into effect.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount you are comfortable with per session, per day, per week, or per month. Once this limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the limit period resets.

• Financial losses arising from game or betting outcomes that are not in the Member's favour.
• Service disruptions arising from scheduled system maintenance or unavoidable technical interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account due to the Member's own negligence in keeping their password confidential.
• Any losses resulting from the actions of third parties, including payment service providers or game providers.

Mpoid's liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Mpoid reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to all members via their registered email or in-account notification at least 7 calendar days before those changes take effect.

Continued use of the mpoid platform after the effective date of any Terms & Conditions update will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
